Having A Great Day, For Once :d

Well, I had a pretty awful night plagued with nightmares last night, but today thank God I get to spend some time with my awesome girlfriend. I cant explain how much she means to me, I have finally found someone I truly trust...
It's like when I'm with her all my problems are cut in half at least... So I'm just looking forward to a great rest of the day and night to spend with her.

How is everyone else doing today?

I had a great wife for thirty three years, she was the best therapist I ever had and you're very right...the load is lighter when there are two. As for me, I'm fairly well. We just had a very healthy rain which I'm sure the forest appreciate.

Hell yeah. As I have said before, I consider all of you Brothers in arms and struggle and wish everyone the best as well.
Those of us who have been stricken with "The Beast" have limited happiness...... I mean i wouldnt wish PTSD on my worst enemy real shit. I really appreciate the support guys, thanks a lot it makes me feel good to know there are other people out there going through the same thing I am. I dont feel quite as alone...... just a tiny bit of relief. Have a great time you guys and try and find a little spark of happiness in this f*cked up world when you can.

I reckon our partners should be recognised by the VA for all the work they do.

Here in the states, Jimmy they are, in a very important way. I can't remember the exact name but it's basically "caregiver benefit". It's not near what they are worth as compared to having a nurse or something come in. You have to apply for it and jump through some hoops but it's something.

If anybody is interested, I can help look up the info.
