it is a journey, and you are the driver of the vehicle -- they are along for the trip -- probably white-knuckling it a fair amount of the time from the back seat. But you alone are the driver and ultimately need to make the decisions about direction and speed etc.

You'll hear it a lot here - baby steps! The only way to eat an elephant is one bite a a time brother. Don't quit - keep looking for what works for you and yours. You're going to stumble and fall on occasion just as each of us have on more than occasion. The chore is yours but we'll walk the distance with you - we don't leave our own behind.
