Hi Bloomy, how are you? I hope you are feeling better. It seems like the day you went for a hike, the location and the event should have put you in a pretty good mood to start the day with. I think it is atleast possible that when we are feeling mad and angry inside for the majority of our day, we might unknowingly feel more comfortable in this angry state even though we hate the feeling and emotion. Unfortunately, it becomes like an old pair of shoes that are just so comfortable. It was just a random thought I had. I hope you feel much better very soon.
