I'm sitting here a little dumbfounded tonight because my ex-friend pinged me on FB. I did respond, although I tried to keep my responses minimal. I wanted to see what was up, figuring he wants something. He didn't seem to want anything in particular, he just asked how I was doing and flirted as though nothing ever happened. As though we had just talked yesterday and not nearly 3 months ago.

I really don't understand and don't know what to think. I figured he was out of my life for good. It's very strange. I'm not sure what to do or if I should even have responded at all...

He was. I mean he did cut me off with no explanation for 3 months. I mentioned that, as he was acting like nothing had changed. I said: "You haven't talked to me in 3 months, you came here and didn't talk to me, why do you want to talk now?" That made him made and he just said "Whatever, sorry, bye." He hasn't FB blocked me again though, so I suspect I will hear from him again. But I'm glad I made him mad, ha!

If he hasn't blocked you, the best thing you can do right now is block him. If he betrayed you once, he will definitely do it again.

technigirl, I think it's time for you to FB block him and write him out of your life for good. It doesn't sound to me like this is a very healthy relationship for you and we all want to stay healthy.
