Hey everyone

My name is Josh and I'm from the UK. So 2 years ago nearly I was attacked while on a night out by 3 guys.... They left me in a real bad way and I required major surgery to put my face back together with metal plates etc.... Since the attack I have struggled to cope with many things - sleeping, memory, being in crowds..... But once I finally realised I needed to speak with someone and got my PTSD diagnosed I feel I can finally start moving on wth my life and I'm hoping speaking with you guys will help me.
