I posted more details re the initial trauma under Natural disaster. I was caught in a bushfire as a child and watched our house burn as we escaped through the smouldering bush.

I read your post and now have a better understanding. What a hard thing to experience. And then reading how your family sort of came apart afterward was hard for a child to understand. I can say that when I read the trauma some one goes thru, and then read all the things you are doing to heal, it gives me so much hope for my own journey. To be willing to do new things takes so much courage. Thank you for sharing @EricaP, I truly appreciate your courage and willingness to get healthy.:hug:
