I'm going to guess you got a warning from a moderator. I had an issue with that when I first started as well. I took it pretty personally at first, was triggered, and thought of not coming back.
It may seem cruel, that they would "pick on" something like not writing a title correctly, when you have so much bigger problems, but they don't do it to be mean. It is to achieve a forum standard.

Don't let it bother you too much. The forum has so much good, and it is totally worth putting up with some nit-picking, until you meet their posting standard.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, this is a great place to be, and I hope you find some support.

huh...didn't see the date on this before. Ruby only ever made the three posts she added in this thread, and hasn't been back since. Makes you wonder if maybe the moderators aren't a little too strict with posting rules.

Some of us are under extreme stress when we get here, and aren't able to, or even care to edit our work...I was triggered by my first warning...I wonder how many people have just given up, and not come back because of this. :(

It's a shame, because this place has so much good. 'Too bad, some seem to be scared off before they even have a chance.

I don't think it is right.

I know of a set of people who can help you in your situation. Its a group design to help young girls even older, to gain back their strength after having to deal with rape or abuse.They are good set of people and they are very helpful to me and to the many others they are helping. You can email them and they can assure you and help you deal with this. And to give you a quick not they are all rape viticms too.
