Welcome to the forum. :)I agree with writing things down then taking it to the therapist for them to read. I've done that, I've also written stuff on my phone, handed the phone to the therapist, and let them read it. I also use a stress stone. At first I used it a lot, now I don't need it much at all. I also wear a necklace that helps ground me. I wear it under my clothes as it's only for me. It says, "I'm stronger than I look". To remind me I can do this, I can deal with this and I can heal. Just feeling the necklace close to my heart gives me strength. It takes time, but you'll find ways to help you cope. Hang in there, you are beautiful, You are worth it. :hug::tup:
