How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I slept good but had a bad dream but do not remember it thankfully. It is lingering with weird feelings. I hope to be able to sort it out.

My sleep is continuing to improve. I am so pleased as I recently reduced my meds and was expecting a backlash.

I am still sleeping good. But I am staying awake until 4 or 5. I sleep in alittle. No bad dreams or nightmares and I am so relieved.

With the help of half a sleeping pill, I am finding that I am sleeping. I know I am still having nightmares, but for the life of me I can't remember them.

I slept well today. I had some dreams, but no nightmares. I am feeling quite energetic and good because we have big festival here. :happy:

I didn't sleep much, had disturbing dreams I can't remember. I slept maybe 3 hours broken up and not feeling tired, I expect the crash will hit mid afternoon. Starting to get anxious again about the surgery Thursday morning and that has a lot to do with it.

I slept pretty well last night. I was woken up a few times during the night, but that was because of the students being loud, not anything serious.

I slept well. I remember I saw some dreams and those were bit spooky. I was fearful, but later managed to get sleep.

Panic attack at 4 am because boyfriend decides to trigger my PTSD symptoms by declaring he's going to be on my campus for the next semester. Are you kidding me? I've already tried to explain how hard it is to deal with my campus which has so much trauma, how can I deal with more? So inconsiderate.

I wish that I was sleeping right now. I need sleep; We all need sleep. Feeling exhaused, down and headachey.

Went to sleep at 1 am! Eureka!:) ! Awake an hour and a half later and that was that.
