How Did You Sleep Last Night?

It's only 4:20am and I've been up for hours. sigh. I did manage to get 3 hours in. I'm trying a new thing when it comes to sleep. I'm listening to a sound track when I go to bed. And when I woke up during the night, I turned it back on. It was Loons in the Morning Mist, which I love the real thing. The sounds helped to ground me when bad thoughts came into my head during the night. I was able to ground immediately. (Thank you Ms Spock for the idea)
