After my last post in this thread, I conked out again! Then I slept for another 5 hours, only waking up once in the middle.
I felt soooo much better. I had been really feeling depressed, and had a meltdown at a dr's appointment, then never fell asleep that night. My blood pressure was high and I felt like crap.
17 hours of mostly sleep, an adjustment of one medication, an increase in my blood pressure medicine, and giving it a rest from writing in my journal on here...seems to have done the trick. It's hard to say which led to which...but as long as I'm feeling better, I don't care too much!
