I seem to do all my sleeping from around 4am to around noon? I'm slipping back to my winter routine of not getting up till late, as I can't do anything outside due the the cold weather.
I don't want to that, as I was getting up much earlier so that I could make the best of the day in the summer weather, but somehow I'm slipping backwards?
I've tried going to bed earlier, but I just can't get to sleep, no matter how tired I feel, and I don't want to take too many of them knock out pills, well I'm only allowed 7 of them a month anyway.
