How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Srain, I have done healing through my dreams. When I had a dream about taking up for myself against bio-family I felt stronger and there have been other situations too!

I slept 7 1/2 hours. My hours are 6-1:30 and that's okay because the boys are in school during the week.
 
Not always eager to share when I'm no longer having nightmares and sleeping extremely well at the time being, because I worry that I might stop such from continuing to happen, but heck I'll give it a go. Sleeping amazing well as of late. I've been mixing my evenings up with Advil PM's, or Melatonin or a rare Ativan and Tramadol for sleep/anxiety, pain and general discomfort. Add in a Bio - I Survived show or some Crime Scene Investigates / Crime Crackers and I'm out like a light.
 
I woke up in increadible pain a couple times last night. I went on a Doritos binge and didn't drink much water. That combination (salt and MSG's from Doritos and dehydrated) really puts me in agony usually. Plus I have been trying to cut down on pain meds. Perfect storm for pain.

I know better, yet... I wonder why I do it.
 
I had a very stressful day at work yesterday consequently I fell asleep on the sofa from 7pm-1am, then went to bed & was wide awake until 5! Really struggling with sleep at the moment but can only take sleep meds at weekends, role on tonight!!

I've been sleeping better although I think the pain meds are knocking me out a bit. I've also been either turning the computer off early or when turning it off later not allowing myself to be drawn into the forum by replying to posts.

Yesterday afternoon I felt really tired so went for a nap and then still slept last night.

Recently prescribed 0.5 mg of klonopin for insomnia and I'm finally sleeping regular hours again.:) I don't remember my dreams and I seldom have nightmares anymore but if I do, I have Prazosin to take to make them go away.:D

I now realize the importance of good quality sleep, it makes a a big difference in how I feel in the morning, which sets the tone for the entire day.
