How Did You Sleep Last Night?

I slept so well. My new bed arrived yesterday and it is so comfortable. I did get very hot though.

I slept well, I've been very stressed about a court date and then went and it was no big deal at all. The problem was that the stress lowered my defenses so I had a horrific flashback from when I was tortured, the most disturbing so far. Then when bed time came I took my pills and shook for half an hour crying. But I was so exhausted I slept very well!

I haven't been sleeping great the past few nights: tossing and turning. I keep kicking so hard that I wake myself up. Practicing self-defense, methinks. :ninja:

Sleep all over the place. With all this anxiety all I want to do is sleep.

Sleeping on couch in lounge room. Finding it hard to sleep in my bed.

My new bed is sooooo comfortable. It is helping me to sleep better than I was.

I didn't sleep great, but that's nothing compared to the way I felt after waking up: so nervous, nauseous, dizzy and tired.

Another in a long line of nightmares. This time, I was dreaming that I was helping a friend who was addicted to drugs, he died and I was charged with murder. Seems my medicine is not working and I awoke feeling emotionally exhausted yet again. Not the way I like to start my day. :(

I've been having a lot of the same disturbing dreams. It seems I am re-visiting places from the past.

I actually slept in my bed last night. I had okay dreams.

I'm sleeping well although I am having some totally strange dreams. Probably through what is happening in my life at the moment. Thanks to my new bed, I am sleeping comfortably.
