How Did You Sleep Last Night?

For the first time in a long time I had a nightmare. It was about sharks eating people probably based on a show I watched on television yesterday. So I didn't sleep at all and missed going to aqua aerobics at 8 am. Not that I would have gotten into the water after that nightmare.
 
Slept okay last night. I guess I was catching up from the bad night before. But did wake up with a headache.... So struggling a bit today.
 
Slept more this morning than I did last night. Wish I could say that I feel rested, but I don't. At least there were no nightmares and I'm happy for that.
 
I slept really well last night, no nightmares and only woke up once to get a drink of water. It seems to make a huge difference in how I feel when I can get some restful sleep.
 
I am so restless at night. I'm also having huge mega hot flushes - damn menopause. Then when I do sleep, I have mad, crazy disturbing dreams.

I wake up almost as tired as when I went to bed.
 
Actually well. My boyfriend's convinced me to try some herbal tea with Valerian Root before I go to bed. (I'm no longer on Mirtazapin so for several weeks I would wake up every 2 hours). Last night, I actually got 6 hours solid sleep.


P.S. It goes well with a dunked gingersnap (ginger's good to help calm indigestion). Nice little dessert, too.;)
 
Uh...I didn't mean to sound like too peppy a braggart ("I got more sleep than you"). After posting the above I browsed through several of the previous posts and realized, ah...my pals here are having a rough go of it.
