Aug 8, 2013 #2,301 D Deleted member 12723 I stayed up all night and kept falling asleep. I had a bad nightmare. But I did not sweat.
Aug 8, 2013 #2,303 ms spock VIP Member I slept a little better last night though I still woke up at around 5am. I left the radio on last night to break down the anxiety. That did help. Woke up and did a body scan for mindfulness meditation this morning. Spending some time on the computer then off for a walk.
