Hard to fall asleep, I use distractions, reading; eye movement ( can't remember what I've read next day) booze, whatever works...here is the thing; I never dream anymore...in like 15 years..really only a few dreams, those were intense, prophetic. I wake up a few times, any noise really is usually the cause or pain...nothing else touches me.
Good and bad, as once I had a very rich dream life, a lot of lucid dreaming..now another blank space in my life, good because I had night terrors for decades..not anymore.
Anyways I took 2 melatonin last night, up at 5:30..so a good might in all~
