How Do I Clean When Half The Room Isn't Even Possible To Walk In?

My suggestion is to make a little blue print of the areas you want to clean. Design a plan to go through certain areas first so that it is easier to acces the next area. It sort of sounds like you've already done this, but some areas are sort of connected (at least in my house).

Good luck

Warning!! The likelihood that you will buy more stuff to replace what you got rid of is very high.
That's my #1 danger when donating- I end up in the thrift shop buying more stuff that I'll probably bring back in another round of donations.

One of my cleaning tricks is plastic bags- I sort things into bags by category or where they should be put away. When I take things out of shopping bags to put them away, it feels like I've got a bunch of new stuff. It cuts down on the replacement habit and helps me remember what I have so I don't buy more of something I've already got plenty of.

@KwanYingirl But if I donate the old clothes, I won't forget the don't fit and keep trying to put them on... that's my cue to do laundry, the things in the bottom of the drawer are too small.

Take everything outside (or into a second room if It's raining).
Sort
Put stuff where it belongs.
This is something I've done before and it was awesome, but I'm not sure if I can do it. First off I live in the second floor, and our stair is old (meaning it's steep, narrow and with low steps) so going up and down that many times could be enough to make me give up. Second I live in Norway and the weather's got a really hard time figuring out what it wants here, so it's kinda risky putting stuff outside. I could try to use the house, but then I'd have to be home alone.

*I'll reply to the rest later*

I think if you had someone to help you to get rid of the stuff you do not use would be helpful. I had help on taking out all of the trash bags to the trash bin. I even hired someone to get rid of the stuff I had to clear out. I also donated to a company that comes to my house and they took some of my furniture I could not take in the move.

I wish you the very best.

My husband died a little over a year ago and I went through the house and bagged up everything I could not use or want anymore and I hired someone to haul it all to the trash dumpsters.

Having help makes all of the difference in the world.

While I was bagging up stuff I put it in the living room until it could be thrown out. I understand you have a small house so take it a little at a time.
