So, its been nice and quiet til this afternoon.. Psycho on 3rd floor started screaming at me saying the kids were slamming the door...they weren't.

She called me a dumb ass and a f'ing piece of shit.

She was screaming at me in front of my daughter and her friend. After she left my daughter was curled up in the fetal position and shaking.

After everything she's been through she doesn't need this.

Landlord said just continue to ignore her.

I hate this. I can take it but involving my kid makes me crazy

I don't want to move again. We've moved so much. I like the apartment and back yard.

Its just the neighbors that suck

All hell broke lose tonight. Called landlord and he told me to call cops. I did. Lady on 3rd floor had a warrant for her arrest for robbery. She's now in jail.

Was going downstairs and lady on first floor was in hallway. I walked passed her to get out the door said nothing and she spit on me. I went to police department and they arrested her.

I'm done this is escalating. I'm calling my landlord in morning. Will give him notice.

I packed our things and we're gonna stay with my mom...should be lots of fun (dripping with sarcasm)

Tomorrow I'll go back with someone and gather the animals.

The thought of moving makes me want to cry....I HATE moving.

But there's really no other option at this point.

Also the cop pissed me off by saying Lady on 3rd floor had dinner on stove and was gonna watch Yankee game with her husband but because they were there due to my calling she's now in jail. WTF?!

If she hadn't been engaging in illegal activity there'd be no warrant and she'd be on her couch. I'm not owning that one. Maybe she should not commit robbery... U think?

@Heather Some people make stupid look easy. LOL!!!! If I had a warrant out for my arrest for a felony or any other illegal activity, I certainly wouldn't be out there doing anything that would bring attention to myself. I'd be doing the opposite. But some people are just plain dumber than an empty box of rocks!!!

I hear you on the moving, I might just be doing the same in a month or two. That is, IF I can find a place... Anyways, for the sake of your daughter, you need to move. Ok, so moving in with mom isn't what you wanted, but at least it will be a safer environment that what you have now.

There comes a time that "ignoring" just isn't going to work, so involving the police was the smart thing to do. Don't beat yourself up over this, you did the right thing!!!!
