Relationship How Do You Respond, When It Is Obvious They Are Feeling Down?

@Barconian, while I understand your feelings entirely, Chris has stated that he wants to be in a relationship with this woman, meaning that this situation is different that what you're talking about.

Of course, we all need love! But I'm just saying that if he is in love with her and has been for awhile and she knows (and has PTSD), that could be triggering, because it's hard to believe that someone sees the real you underneath it all when you feel like sh*t. Add in the fact that he (sorry to be talking about in the 3rd person, @Chris516) didn't talk to her for 9 months and there is a lot of reason for feeling unsure about things and pulling away/isolating.

Edited to add: Weird, a whole bunch of posts didn't show up until I after I posted this. @Barconian, you are right about love, we all need it. :) @Chris516, Skype is free for international calls and has been for years. I suggest using it before you make it anymore decisions... I know it may be awkward, but if she doesn't want to use it, you got a whole nother can of worms to deal with.

Bell, I know Skype is free. In addition to pictures we have sent each other. I recently asked her about Yahoo Voice Chat(still hoping Yahoo hasn't pulled the plug on it like they said they would). She said that the laptop she has now, doesn't have voice or camera capability. I don't think she is big on using a camera anyway. She has never used one for real-time chats. I have both, a webcam connected to my tower, and a digital camera that can do mini movies. So, I have video capability. I don't think her laptop does.

Looking back at when I said she doesn't care, that was her response to, my being concerned about the headache she has had for several days. A headache in both, her case, and even moreso in mine, can potentially be a sign of major trouble.
