How Do You Stop Being Dependent On Your T?

My T recently told me he was taking a new job and leaving private practice. I am pretty devastated because I like him and trust him. I will grieve the loss, but feel that all things in life eventually change so it is merely another facet that you have no other choice than to deal with. It's a bummer.

Mine left too, Rumors. It is tough. I am far enough in therapy not to be too dependent on him, but it is still sad.
