I think it’s important to set boundaries in terms of what behavior is acceptable and what is not.
If she cannot keep herself safe and is to the point of almost harming herself, then I’d say it’s time to call in emergency services (whatever they may be in your country). In the USA you can call the police to do a wellness check and at which point the police will do everything they can to get said person to the ER for an official evaluation by psychiatric professionals. If she’s already to the point of actively harming or making an attempt, then calling 911 (emergencies, or whatever it is where you live) is really your only option. I know some countries have mobile crisis units.
She may be angry at you for calling, but it’s better to have her safe.
But, as long as she’s in that area where she doesn’t need immediate attention, there’s not much you can do other than encourage her to get help, get more help, get different help, etc.
