General How Well Do You Sleep, As A Supporter

I fell back in to my waking up at 1:30am pattern again over the weekend :( but thankfully managed to snap out of it last night and pretty much slept right through :) even when I did wake up I was warm and cosy and managed to doze

Poor Husband is suffering in the bed the rented house has - we have an orthopedic mattress normally (one of the ones that moulds to your body) and this is full of springs that go boing in the night! It is also two very large single beds stuck together, and each one sags in the middle!!! That has its advantages though, as it means he can't just roll over to my side and steal all the bed :roflmao:

I have pre existing issues with insomnia, but the only real difference have noticed is that when his body finally makes him sleep, I'll wake up at the slightest sound or movement. I guess I'm just so worried about him at that point that my body wake up in response so that I can check on him.

Well I confess that since we had our major bust up over a week ago, I have been sleeping in the spare room and I have sooooo much caught up on sleep.

I can honestly say I hadn't slept through the night for about three months and now I have had a week of solid sleep I feel like a new woman.

Sleep is essential so my advice, if you have a spare room go in there a couple if times a week and don't feel guilty. Lack if sleep can cause havoc with your physical and mental health.

Sleep tight my friends.

For the last week I have slept soundly every night.

I think this is because hubby has not had an angry dream since we came back from the therapy he had last week.

My princess talks continually in her 'normal' sleep about the good, the bad and the just plain weird. This is often amusing. Her nightmares hurt to listen to. Either way I sleep very little because I find myself watching over her. I sleep even less when we are apart.

I have not been sleeping very well these past few nights.

Nothing to do with hubby this time, just me and my arms being painful.

I have not had a good nights sleep at all. I have been awake on and off since around 2 am.

I muscle started twitching in my back and woke me up, but I tried to ignore it for about an hour. I got up then, had a drink and tried to go back to sleep.

I have been up now since 6 am and it has finally stopped twitching.

I have not been sleeping very well even though I have been more tired than normal.

Turning over in bed causes me pain in my arms which wakes me up most nights now, so not only am I tired from that, the symptoms of what is suspected are flaring up even more.

I didn't sleep very well last night at all. A combination of not being able to get comfy pain free and hubby having loud dreams.

So today's planned expedition out has been cancelled, both of us too tired to enjoy the ride.

Not been able to get to sleep properly at all tonight, even with essential oils.

So who ever kidnapped the sleep fairy, let her go, there are a lot of us who need her help.

I finally got to sleep around 3 am, and hubby left me to sleep late this morning.

I hope the sleep fairy is back soon. ;)
