How's The Weather Today?

Today it is windy drizzly and turning cold. I have even had to put the heating on, only low but need to take the chill off the inside. Looks like summer has finally gone into the far back spaces of our memory.

Oh well maybe the winter snow will brighten the place up again. :rofl:

Wet and windy in the UK again. I've just treated myself to an expensive hair cut (well, expensive for me anyway), but by the time I got home, I looked like I'd been dragged through a hedge backwards! :wall:

The rain has gone form us now CherryBlossom, we have bright sunshine now, but the wind is so strong. It has broken hubby's windmill, yep one of those fancy coloured ones for kids.

My youngest daughter bought him it for a laugh, but it has pride of place stuck in the top of my strawberry planter. All fixed back together spinning wildly again.

I was thinking of having a good hair cut next week, maybe I will wait to find out what the weather is going to be like before I book it.

Oops, just had to bring in the windmill, before the rest of it was scattered around the garden, or I am chasing the flying fins down the street. :rofl:

Yeah, the rain has stopped here now too (typical now that I'm home). I was hoping for sunshine though, so I could get all my holiday washing on the line, dryed, and packed away 'till next year, since summer seems to over. I want sunshine tomorrow, perhaps I should move over to the wish thread? I hate the wind though - it has a tendancy to make my fence blow down.

Wish granted, but you will have to wait until Friday for a complete sunny day in the Bristol area. The winds will be gone and just left with a nice breeze to dry your Holiday clothes. Oops sorry wrong thread. :rofl:

As for hubby filming me chasing fins down the street, his windmill, he can chase them, then I can film him. :thumbs-up Then I can prove to the world he can move faster than the speed of the kettle boiling. :naughty:

It was warm here today. Beautiful out actually. It's supposed to be nice thru the weekend and then the rains come in. For you James...it's a nice change. Up here, when the rains hit you never know if it is the last you'll see of the sun for the next 6 months, sometimes longer. No joke either!
