A good day. Five new Sphinx kittens, a camp out in the living room last night and slept well. I am done with my errands In the sweltering heat and now in a very cool house with my family.

I am having a great day learning and growing. Probably because I slept in and had a great dream. I woke up to shattered glass everywhere in the hallway. One of the cats knocked over my favorite lamp. I had a cup of coffee before I swept the glass up.

I ran my youngest son out to pick up his new glasses instead of having my husband do it. It was a last minute decision. This is an important step for me. Usually, I would not have done this. Especially since I was not looking my best. I just took a deep breath and jumped in so to speak. Step in the right direction.

The struggle continues and I am so thankful that I am off the mat and able to engage with my demons, challenges and everything else. I am so lucky to have gotten to this point. It feels not so good, it feels really hard, bad, challenging, soul breaking, heartful, scary, frightening and terrifying.

I am so grateful that I have got to this point. I have got to the point of actually being with it rather than being somewhere else with no feeling, no sense of time, or being a person and feeling like the world is not there.

It is such a shock to realise that I am alive.

My day started way too early but it was by two giggling granddaughters who were wrestling on the couch and I am just chilling with my daughter. It is a pretty good day.

I have been struggling with an allergic reaction.

I pulled a muscle yesterday, now I'm lazing around the house. :D

I feel tired and lonely most everyday and today is no different.

It's going good so far, the sun is sunny and the birds are birding and I'm enjoying some herbal tea! :)

Today I have a large party to go to. I am not looking forward to that. Large groups are intimidating to me. Actually any groups are. I will just have to suck it up so to speak. It's for my nephew and my sister would not be happy if I missed it.

My day is going very well today. I had three cups of coffee and I slept in. Everything is so calm here. I really appreciate that living here is so harmonious and we all get along so well. It is very safe here and I love it so much. My home is once again my refuge.

Went to my sister's party for my nephew and I did much better then I worried for. I talked with people. I made conversation. I actually visited. This instead of hiding in my shell. Thank goodness.
