It has been kind of slow and I am going to have to run errands soon. Not looking forward to it. I guess we will have fast food again tonight.

Even though I am having a down day, I stood up to my son, calmly, and stood my ground. He is a bit grouchy. But I told him he needs to rethink how his tone is with me. Usually he is not so grumpy. He has his moments. This is the 18 year old.

I got out of the house today to the grocery store and it wasn't as hard as yesterday was. I still had some anxiety. But I did it.

Misunderstandings and confusion abound with my help to move out of my bedroom. Now I do not know what bed he wants from me.

Found out yesterday that the aunt supposed to buy my mobile home is not knowing when she will come down now. Very depressed over this news.

Hanging in and trying to maintain a calm stance.

Hooray, my help came and moved all of the bedroom furniture out of there. They did it so fast. I am so happy. Now it is needing to be vacuemed the bedroom and to pick up the trash that was under the bed. I cannot believe how fast they were.

I feel tremendously relieved because the movers can just move my bedroom furniture into my bedroom.

I am thinking that tomorrow will be a freeze. I am feeling more and more confident. I feel so much better now.

My day was so busy. I felt shocking this morning but I kept on going. I kept on at it.

I have a therapy appointment today. So that counts as getting out. She gives me kudos for that. She knows it is easier to just cancel. But then I won't get better. It is a no win situation if I cancel. Then I feel anxiety for canceling.

I am having a frigging awesome day today. I just love these kinds of days.

Today is turning out to be a sleep day. This is part of my chronic illness and not my depression. Sometimes it is best to just not fight it.

I'm awake today. Feels weird to realize I have missed a whole day and everyone has gone on without me. I should be use to that. Still awkward. Today I feel more in touch with things. This is a plus.

It has been a wonderful day, since I finished the work of emptying my house and getting rid of the trash. I feel such a sense of accomplishment. I feel very happy and content today.
