I feel really good about accomplishing so much. crossing off big things off of my to do list, and feel very good about this. It was so hot today for January. I am starting to feel better than I was feeling and that is a very good thing.
 
Time for a medcheck. Procrastinating taking a shower, but I will before I go. I always do. Meds are fine. Keeping me above water. Maybe I'll find out when my therapist is coming back from maternity leave. That would give me a date to look forward to.
 
Not a bad day at work, up until I lost my temper with a colleague. Glad I was due to leave- I had to remind myself to let it go on the way home. Not sure I've really managed- swearing quite a lot a things at the moment.
On the upside I did a few things at home that have been hanging over me for a while, including making that phone call I was anxious about. She didn't answer, which threw me, but then she rang back and I was fine once I was talking to her.
Need to keep hold of the positives...
 
This has been a very good day for me. I have accomplished so much and I am learning and growing again. I feel so good that I am waking up out of denial and into reality. Very contented.
 
Today has been frustrating, depressing (without any real provocation for those feelings besides it being grey outside and below freezing). I don't like it when my spirit feels broken or just absent. After work I took a nap, but it didn't seem to help. Luckily, I convinced myself to do some yoga and take a quick shower. I feel better now.
