I have currently no idea how much is too much whatsoever so SO relying on dear people to tell me I'm in the wrong about how much tells what.

It's the time to feel useless so need to change that one.

I don't need to add more panic, when I realize that I am panicking.

I can tolerate/allow the sensation and regulate it back down to a quiet note of concern.
I can file it as a continuing realistic pop-up concern or unrealistic hypervigilance for future progress.
This allows me small victories...sometimes several daily. :clown:

I don't need to panic when I'm with a group of people and everyone becomes silent for a moment. It's not my fault and I'm not the one responsible so they will continue to chat.
