As much as I hate conflict I'm actually glad this is being kept open. I do think some of what's been and being said should have been done so in private however at least this thread is being kept open and discussed.

Well, some of this is being taken in private as I do need some clarification. But I am glad it is open too. It is good for people to get feelings out.
