Disaster... Disaster ... Disaster... ! my head is going to explode... I no longer know who I am !... I no longer able to live more in this sick society... no one understand me at all...!
I'm suffocating ...I'm just really broken... I don't want to live with that anymore!!!!

Literally surround yourself in nature (go for a walk) or put on a funny movie, or surround yourself with your favorite music or friends, just try to change the mood immediately and the feeling of hoplessness will pass, I highly reccomend volunteering because making others feel better always has a positive effect on those who give freely. if you prefer animals to people try to find an animal shelter and volunteer to walk the dogs etc.

Volunteering even once a week for a hour or something would just give you that spark of feeling needed and purposful <3

In the end just please know that the feelings your having will pass, they are temporary and can be changed.

Baby. Calm down. I said this in another thread. Trying to explain to people that havent been through it what you are going through is like trying to explain color to someone who is blind. It's not possible. That said, we're here. We aren't going anywhere. Take a deep breath. It will be OK.

what helped me, was a head wash with cold ice water, even if it means for a few minutes to get you out of that undertow.

You are being pulled into a memory spiral. Breathe, look at your fingers, feel the body. Squeeze something very hard. You are here, NOW.

Sensory distraction, very good choice, our senses can break thought patterns and bring us back to reality.
Find something to touch, smell, hear or taste to bring you back and ground you <3

I've been in that place many many times. Each time, I was convinced I'd die. Each time, I came out ok on the other end.

Just remember: This will NOT last forever.

Breathe in, breathe out, repeat. Ice cubes in the hand or on your neck - even a cold can of soda on you neck - can help.

... I'm going crazy!

There is an old saying amongst psychologists: If you think you're going crazy, you're not. :)
