of course it's painful and there's nothing wrong with that, we've all been through that! You're grieving the loss of someone you love and you need some time to heal. It may take a few weeks, or it might take a few months, but one thing I can promise; it does get better.
You need to get those emotions out. Obviously you're feeling angry, sad, betrayed and I'm sure you feel stupid because its been going on for so long behind your back and you probably feel that people are laughing at you. All of this is normal, but you need to get these emotions out. Let yourself cry, be angry. Write letters to them to tell them how you feel (you don't have to send it). You just have to remember that you did nothing wrong, its his loss and hers.
And you are doing well, remember that! You've done something that few people do when they're in pain; you've reached out for support! You are very grown up and brave to do that!
