Hmm. I have read topics concerning media and I still don't know what happened to the entire section. There were many posts and I hardly consider it's entirety minor! All those therapy songs are just gone now..??

The media section was rarely used actually. Posting of media was near nothing, viewing media was near nothing. The resources that section used versus the use it got from actual interaction from members, simply didn't warrant it remaining.

This is nothing new. Members ask for things, sometimes they get them... then the novelty wears off and becomes an unused feature sucking up resources that could be better used in performance to members and visitors.

None of that media was uploaded here, the section only linked to existing media on the web. Some staff often went through to delete lots of media that isn't allowed to be embedded, so all it was was a link to YouTube or such where you had to go and watch it. It was useless to keep running.

I understand now. Thank you for the response. I agree that it was a waste of resources, but was fun while it lasted.
