I need to belong!

Are you in any kind of treatment for the trauma you endured?

Do you volunteer anywhere? Sometimes giving back to a community can break down barriers and warm people up to someone. Find a cause you care about and get involved. Perhaps volunteering at an art museum or something like that would help.
Yes I have treatment. I am volunteer in Amnesty international, but I still struggle to belong a closed society as a Norwegian society.
 
Maybe look at where you belong, already?

Both formal and informal groups.

You already belong in your work, and within a larger group of volunteers and aid workers and human rights activists (...hey, that is three groups, minimum), you also belong every time you wait for transport or walk the street (because those crowds? are also groups), you belong every time you go grocery shopping, you belong in more senses than one.

That you were not born there just changes how you belong... does not mean you don't or never will.

Hi, my name is Sara. I can't to Norway nye free will 2001 from Sveden. I have complicated PTSD after a life full of trauma. there is help to get but rembre, Norway has 4,5 million inhabitants all together and the experts are few in this field over here. Call Fritt hherbal, and ask for the perfect psykotefapeut for you.it's almost free in Norway to go to therapy. They have a list of whom is working in what field and will guide you to the perfect one for you. Let your doctor write an remiss to at least 10 of them at a time so you are sure to be picked up bye at least one of the ones matching your problem.it will take 6 mounts at least because of the big demand. The system is over worked. Meanwhile play tetris (famous for trauma release)',learn a new langue, find an EFT practising private teraput if you can afford it, it releases trauma easily. And there is more out there to help. Don't feed yourself with news but instead positive things like talking to people you like, watch stand up comedies on YouTube. nice movies and do your hobbies, find friends through groups and so on. I used to work for the Catholic refugee resettlement program and The refugees who came to the US who had the biggest challenge were single folks.Maybe you could volunteer at your local refugee resettlement office to help other refugees from Syria acclimate when they come to the US. Maybe like a greeter? Making a connection with someone from your own culture, who speaks your language might be another way to connect. Just a thought.
