Given your level of impulsivity I suspect you have personality disorder traits.

ADHD & at the time chaotic life style can do a lot of things, too.... let's not just jump to personality disorder clusters with knowing nothing of the person but a very short time in their life, told in a time they're not twice safe/stable, shall we. It's kind of frustrating, this quick would be diagnosing.

I would say if u don't have a therapist get one soon. Regardless of PTSD U just went thru a traumatic experience if not more than one. Its surely helpful to get past what ur going thru by seeing someone who is trained professionally to help u past this. I'm sorry u feel the way u do. I kno too well that feeling. Feeling safe is something everyone deserves at all times. Do what's best for you and seek help. Good luck!
