I Realize That I

I realize that out of the bad comes real good. It has happened over and over in my life and I tend to forget this fact. It is always darkest before the dawn.

I realize that I have one more trip to the house I think because things are now going so fast on the sale of my house. I realize that if repairs are needed I will have to go back for them.

I realize that I am so blessed to have the good friends I do have. I am so blessed to have the family I have. I am so blessed in so many ways. I am focusing on the beautiful today..and it has been a very good day. Change of plans for me that are more fun.

I realize that it will hurt for a while to learn some truths. It's ok and after sometime I will be moved on from it completely. I have learned the lesson from it and next time I will be alerted on that.

I realize that I have my own limits and tolerance capacity. Therefore time to be gentle on myself.

I realize that things have started working out bit by bit. I need not to get demoralized by over thinking. Just need to work on patience. Yay! Gates of success will open then.

I realize that I am like a brand new person now with a solid foundation beneath me. All I have to do is make myself feel better. Easier said than done. But all of life is a practice and I will perservere in my growth and healing.

I realize that some days on this diet there won't be a fabulous weight loss, maybe just a little. And that is okay. It's the end result that matters and as long as I am heading in the right direction that is all good.
