I realise that sometimes there is no fixing things and you have to be with what is at this time. I also realise that I really have very little skill in accepting things.

I realize that I'm still so hypervigilant that I still feel like bad things will happen if I talk about how I really feel and what I really think about certain things. Even writing this post makes me feel anxious and hypervigilant.

I realise I need treatment for my right arm.

I realise that I am harsh and self critical of my responses and reactions because I don't want to accept that there was ever anything bad enough to cause responses and reactions like that.

I realize that I need not to push myself to have those realizations I need. I can have realization with being gentle on myself.

@Recovery4Me I am also glad you are here. I need to tell you this.

@Anrish I am doing handwriting as well. All in my writing notebook. I write down everything in this book because I can't handle separate things. It's sort of like um, personal diary. Yes, Picking up pen and writing down is such joy. I hope you are enjoying. Lately my handwriting got better and now it is starting to look beautiful there.
