I realize I've been given the answers already to many of the problems & sorrow & questions I have struggled with, but some how they didn't really sink in? :wideeyed: ! (And that it has a lot to do with out-right sorrow & trauma, not depression). And I realize the custom-made way I have to deal with things personally for me makes much sense because of my own past, I don't think it would work for most others necessarily but it is not strange for me. And I realize there is one thing I need to clear up in my head to help the pieces fall better in to better place, risky to find out though, but only risking my own self-esteem or self-concept, which is ok. (Not exactly the right 'words' to describe this stuff but in my mind & heart it makes sense. :rolleyes: :) )

I realize, after being without my meds for two days, that I am better on them. Only a few more days of being off. Then medical testing and back on. I can't wait.
