If I could I'd have gained custody of my foster daughter instead of -- nevermind. Systems working for biological parents even when said parents are such absolute shit are reality and dreams won't help.

Back to focusing on what I can realistically.

If I could I would make our beloved pets live as long as we do. Losing a pet is like losing a member of the family. Especially when they've been in your life for more than 10 plus years.

If I could I would give to all my loved ones whatever would help them, and also what would ease their pain. I would meet the needs of those in need. I would take away my sister's cancer. I would be brave & enjoy life. I would be more understanding of those who don't understand where I'm coming from, or ptsd or SI. I would sleep. I would write the letters I need to, & find the words. I would learn every type of dancing, belly dancing & flamenco included. I would work from home. Or, I would work in disaster zones. I would take a vacation. I would be able to live close enough to get to nature or the beach every day. I would eradicate poverty (of course everyone would). I would write a manual for care givers. I would enliven the boring environments where I work for the residents. I would care for babies or open an orphanage (not a typical 'orphanage') I would walk around the city in the daylight. I would send Heather & her dtr $ to go to Disneyland (twice ;) :hug: ).

Get to see an Infectious Disease Specialist who treats Lyme Disease and Shingles as well as all my other ailments. I have been having trouble getting an appointment with one, because the Hospital I was treated at won't give me a referral to the Dr. I want to see. So I went to the Hospital yesterday and got my records printed out on paper. I am hoping to call the chosen Dr. on Monday and explain that my Insurance does not require me to have a referral in order to see him. If that does not work, then I need to locate another Infectious Disease Specialist who will hopefully accept me. These kinds of Dr.s are rare and that may be the reason why I am having such problems getting an appointment. I have also made arrangements to see a new Primary Care Dr. as the ones I am seeing are not meeting my needs.
