I've had the same thought. My T brought up the subject of "a safe place", or feeling "safe" a long time ago. I told him I thought the whole concept, as an absolute thing, was a fairy tale. My idea of "safe" came down to "I have a pretty good idea what's coming next and know how to handle it." He's never brought it up again. If he does, I'm thinking I might have to tell him about Shimmerzville.

I think I said this before, I've got 20 acres here, of course, there's also 3 horses, a pony, a couple dogs & a couple cats, (and some zoning things that probably forbid building more houses. But there's no limit on how big A house can be... Land is fairly reasonable. Rural farming area, about 2 hours north of a major metro area, a couple hours east of a smaller, but big to me, metro area. A couple colleges, diverse population. Jobs in light industry and farming. A rather lively sustainable agriculture job. Lots of farmer's markets...... I sound like a realtor! LOL We are also reasonably close to a military training installation and there are a lot of retired military in the area. (There are also a fair number of Vietnam era vets living alone in the woods.) Could work! (Passports and transportation?)

No idea why, but I am missing a ton of alerts. I had no idea people were still posting here. I use shimmerzville too when I feel lost.

I've noticed something similar with alerts. Not sure what I'm doing or not doing, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern to it.

I think its about setting, for example, if you miss an alert, the others wont show up, the system assumes you are not interested.

I think it can be turned off or reset in settings somewhere though @shimmerz @scout86

Okay, so just realized, we all need passports! Last I heard, Serbia was it, right @Saelben? Any chance of posting a picture of the place you were thinking about?

I'm not sure if I mentioned serbia specifically, but somewhere in the balkans :p

There are some nice hilly terains near zagreb, quite enjoyable

For me it was Serbia because I brain gapped. Happens frequently with me. I now realize it was Croatia that you were from, yes?

Oh, and btw, how did you get so mature sounding? Do you realize how much you have grown in the past year young man? It is incredible to me the maturing you have done.
