I'm Going Back To College!!!

Wow, can't believe it's been three months since I posed here and feels even longer. March was rough, but I'm doing much better now. I have finished another course with an A so I believe that's nine or 10 now. I was also given the honor of being editor in chief for my college newspaper as of June 1, another accomplishment.

I've been working hard in therapy, and it does seem to be getting easier. I've made some progress at home, seems like my family life *might* be smoothing out some, which is wonderful, it's been a long struggle. Now all I need is to win the lottery and talk my husband into having a sister wife (lol) and I'll be happy.

I just completed another course and earned an A. I am now officially, finally, more than halfway through with this two-year program to complete my Bachelor's. I'm a senior!!! I have only 10 more courses to complete, including the one I'm in now. I earned a B for my June course, but that, in itself, was a victory. A small personal victory to give up on perfectionism and prioritize family time and keep myself from getting completely overwhelmed chasing an A when I had much too much going on. :)

Tomorrow, I'll be proud of myself too for talking through, in specifics, a most difficult, scary period of my life that I've only touched on in therapy. Plus, I've cut my therapy hours in half to manage my finances better, and though I hate that, it's an accomplishment too. Also, I've survived summer break without selling my daughter to the Gypsies... that must be worth something. ;)
