I'm in constant fight or flight response. How do I get a hold of myself? Its causing nausea and sleep deprivation. My dreams are intense and I sleep maybe 4 to 5 hours a night. I wake up with butterflies all over my body. My cortisol runs all the way out each day. I am hyper aware and everything is super bright. I'm in a daze half the time. When I try to go back to sleep my body sends a sharp butterfly sensation through my system which jerks me awake. As if its worried and doesn't want me to go to sleep. I'm irritable and scared. Couple of questions...
Since I posted this in another forum that has little to no activity I have this result..
3 months later and I am still dealing with this. My head is still stuck. It feels like I have something stuck between my eyes that is pulling down on my brain. It's like severe tension that is pulling on the top of my upper right gum line, through the right sinus area (perhaps behind it), ending up on the right top to middle of my head. I had sinus surgery and it still didn't relieve it. I am on Remeron which helps but doesn't completely get rid of it. Has anyone ever heard of the the head pain or experienced anything that has a tightening effect in the forehead area? It causes severe head pressure. If it wasn't there my issue wouldn't be near as bad.
Has anyone had any similar symptoms?
Any recommendations on how to manage this..
