So now my other uncle, who came into town to see my uncle before he died and has been hanging around for the funeral, is in the ER. Can't swallow. It's late here, the hospital is 25 min away, and my mom said I don't need to come.

Waiting to hear from my brother, who is going.

Feeling really disconnected from my family.
