Sounds like it's good that you are thinking of continuing on in therapy. It doesn't seem like it's healthy for you to end it without addressing your attachment and avoidant personality disorder. It might be hard to hear now but it's also good that your T said no to friendship, in part, because you have a lot more to work on.
