Apologies if this is in the wrong place, nowhere else seemed to fit it so please feel free to move it.
I'm going to vent a little here so I'll apologise for that as well.
As some of you may know, I'm self employed. I have a small craft business which I use as a means of art therapy and also an income and I sell mainly at craft events.
I have a friend who teams up with me when doing events as she also has her own small craft business and its a way of spreading the costs, having help etc. We had an event last weekend and we have one tomorrow. These events have been planned for the last 2-3 months.
I sent her a text message this morning giving her all the details of tomorrows event, saying when and where I could meet her, etc only to get one back saying that she isn't going to be able to do it, she's away!
Now, is it me? Am I expecting just too much when I ask people to keep their word, to turn up when they say they are going to or let me know (with notice) when plans change? Or am I being unreasonable?
And does anyone else find being messed around like this a major problem?
I know its not exactly a trigger, but it does stress me out.
