Is This Normal?

This is more of a question for other women really, from a very early age I always became sexually aroused (clitorally) whenever someone would touch or put their hand or arms around my stomach right where my belly button is (it still happens even now and im in my thirties, it makes me feel very uncomfortable and I can't even rest with my own hand or hands on my stomach). Is this weird or normal (it happens even if I or another person just rests their hand on there, no stroking or anything). I'm asking because I know that when I was a child I was sexually abused and before being molested the abuser would start with their hands on my stomach and slide down to my private area. But is this the reason that I get aroused every time or would that normally happen in women who weren't abused in that way?

The navel can be an erogenous zone, yes. There are some interesting nerves that run through that area that are very exposed in some people (depends on how the umbilical stump heals as infants).

Thanks, so it might not be very linked with the abuse I endured.

Many women are hypersensitive without it having anything to be with abuse. You may just be wired this way.

Because your body respond this way, it doesn't mean the abuse damaged you or that it is caused by the abuse. It is more cased by someone touching you in that place - and the fact that some of that touch has been with abuse and some of it hasn't been with abuse doesn't change that your body just gets aroused this way. Nothing wrong with your body or you to be aroused this way.
