No you aren't wrong. If i could find someone who understands me and could deal with me I would keep them too. the lonliness of ptsd is one of the most difficult parts. I am very glad you found someone to help you, and stand by you.

Jimmy, women marry men in uniform for a few reasons. glamor, the uniform, it makes them feel special that a military man would choose her and show her off, the benefits is the main reason it's a secure lifestyle to them, UNTIL our war ridden men return home and are destroyed from the ugliness of war. The glamor is gone, the uniform is gone alot of the time, the benefits start to fade for them because there is no BAQ etc after the vet who is injured and can't function gets out. As a female soldier who has ptsd severely I can speak like this because I've heard and seen it from the women first hand. Also, being a female with server combat ptsd I have a harder time than you guys do finding someone to cling to for help. no man wants a woman with the symptoms ptsd creates. this is the truth. I am glad at least one of our troops has found someone who cares and loves them even when the shit hits the fan. the rest of us just need to stick together and help one another as much as we can. HOOAH!

no lie there jimmy, millions I would say. seeing as how we still have WW2 vets with us. korean vets with us. nam vets with us, gulf war 1 and now the gulf war 2, which is pounding out ptsd like a factory just like nam did .

I'll send a hungry grunt some food. ;) in fact if I could deal with having 50 people around I would invite everyone to a ptsd feast. I've cooked for 50 before and apparently did it quite well. and NO I WAS NOT A COOK IN THE MILITARY HAHAHHAHAHA
