A peer in my php group graduated the program about two weeks ago. then, She decided life was too hard. :(
Interestingly she touched a part of my life, you never know how many people will be affected from a decision like that. They are not better off without you, they are worse off without you.
Don't get me wrong I have been on both sides of that coin....lost friend/cousin, peer. It's hard grieving and even worse than other types of grief. I've had a lot of loss.
I have been the one attempting or ideating, its a deep, dark, hole..please reach up your hand to someone to help get you pulled out of the despair. . . Even if it's one day, one hour, or one minute at a time. Be assured you are cared about.
