Nothing to apologize for - and thanks for checking back in. Depression is really f*cking hard, and it's hard to know where to go with it, how to talk about it, who it's OK to talk about it with...none of that is easy.I am still learning how to reach out for help and in 20/20 hindsight posting here on the forum was the wrong thing to do and I apologize.
We're on this page to help each other - don't ever feel like we will ignore your pain - we relate to it or we wouldn't be here. I often repeat to myself THIS TOO SHALL PASS - and IT DOES. I know it feels like eating an elephant sometimes, just take one bite at a time and force yourself to think about the good stuff in life - like a pet, or the breeze in the trees, or the birds singing - there ARE beautiful things to be thankful for in life. As long as you're breathing, you have options and control over what you do next.Please just ignore this thread. I didn't mean to post bullshit and worry other people. I am still...
