Haaaaaaaaa!! I made a second attempt and my innards resigned gracefully. So I just finished 1 hour of workout with a bit of stretching.

Welcome :) I'm the perfect opposite of a runner, I guess. I don't mind long brisk walks, but somehow, as soon as walking becomes running, my body starts to whine, especially my lungs.Do you mind if I join? Anybody else a runner?
