Yu can do it Albatorss, slow and steady wins the race when you aren't feeling great.

((((Rain))) i hope you will be ok.

VD i have a couple of the ten minute soloution dvds aswell the abs blast is good just not done it in ages as my abs are hidden under my flab at present. I am meant to be jogging tonight but its doubtful at the moment with my neck, shoulders and chest being painful.

* Kettlebells...seem really fun, medicine ball (toss and stand-ups) worked for me also.

Yesterday spent about an hour+ doing low impact water exercise. Some laps (with mask/snorkle) and some water movement/general exercise with a foam boyancy belt. Big smile; brisk water = metabolic up-tick/calorie burner.

Hopefully, next week back in the gym for upper body explorations with light weight/high reps. Emphasis on variety/conditioning/minimizing repetitive motions.

She makes me want to go out and get a sandbag as well.

Think those (Bulgarian) sandbags are probably outstanding for working the shoulder/upper areas without the typical repetitive use problems. Looks like it...and... there's a YouTube video on how to make your own at home for pretty cheap.

Give it hell, be careful and have fun! :D

Freak- you are a good personal trainer!

I did some! It felt good. My legs were hurting before (like fibro pain) and then they felt better!:)

I talk to a friend on the phone whilst working out which helped.

Thanks, Freak, for pushing us!!

I managed to get out for that jog, a small one though a little 2.3 miles man my chest hurts lungs could feel the burn, so unfit i crave my fitness back. As they say it takes a lot longer to build it up than it does to lose it.

Yayyy *wiggles pompoms and shakes big booty*, everybody got something done, right? Even if it's 'just' an increase in determination, it's great! It's your will power that will get you moving, and will power works like a muscle. Keep flexing it until it can lift you. You know the saying: Every trip starts with one little pill. Uh... now, wait... Every journey starts with one little step. Yeah. That's the one I meant. :D Keep the posts coming, you successful people!

And now my cheeks hurt from smiling. Ouch.

I went running yesterday. Oh yes, I did; all by myself. I don't know what drove me, though  I tried to do one slow, comfortable lap around the block (which means ~2km, first a bit downhill, then a lot of stairs, then steeply uphill) but only managed to do half of that. My whole body started to ache. Seriously, even my arms hurt from running. I feel like some kind of downgrade X-Man whose super anti-power is to not be able to run without pains. I think I'll take the bike next time.

I had initially planned to append my normal 1.5h exercise/stretching routine but that run killed me dead and I decided to leave it at that.

This afternoon I did 1/2h with weights, wondering why I felt soooo weak. Then I realised that I hadn't eaten all day and that I only had some noodles with cheese the day before. Oops o.o So I had an extra huge dinner plus a real hot chocolate (1/2l milk, hot +1 bar of dark chocolate + 2 table poons sugar) which I am still enjoying while I'm typing this very post. So I'll have a lot of energy to waste tomorrow, and I'll tell you how I did it :)

EDIT: @VD: I'm using CharlieJamie1975's channel as a guide for my exercises, too!

Good work freak of nature. I did a tiny 1.5 mile run man my chest hurt not best idea as my blood pressure up at the moment. Then I went for an 8 mile bike ride.

Gonna try get back in gym Tomoz get routine going. Remember slow and steady wins the race baby steps.

Did about an honest 35 minutes in the pool, cold water pretty vigorous. Swim about 1/2, then water walk and do fly strokes w/ arms, the other 1/2. It's pretty groovy; put on sun hat, sun glasses my foam belt and "walk" laps in an outdoor pool. Very nice outside as well.

I did a workout DVD for 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes of yoga. I loved finishing with the yoga made me feel great!

Good work James and Vd, I'm trying to get myself in gear to move just wish I had that umph that is missing instead of having force myself. There use be no stopping me.

@Sazza--When I first started exercising I had to force myself too. I never looked forward to it. It took a little bit till I actually enjoyed and realized how much better I felt with it. Now, I try to fit it in whenever possible,
